The website provides general information about Lichen's public opportunity strategy services. It does not create a client relationship or professional engagement by itself.
Advisory boundaries
Lichen provides advisory support. It does not provide legal advice, protest representation, grant guarantees, P3 financing, bond counsel, public-finance advice, or developer-of-record services.
No guaranteed outcomes
Public-sector awards, funding decisions, partnership approvals, and procurement outcomes depend on factors outside Lichen's control. No website statement should be read as a guarantee of award, funding, or selection.
Source materials
Users are responsible for ensuring they are authorized to share any materials sent to Lichen. Restricted, privileged, confidential, or nonpublic source-selection information should not be submitted without the right process and advisors in place.
