Privacy notice.

This notice explains how Lichen handles website contact, analytics, strategy review, and public opportunity workflow information.

Last updated: June 12, 2026

Information Lichen receives

Lichen may receive contact details, organization information, role and company context, public opportunity context, source-file status, deadlines, meeting details, email correspondence, and information voluntarily sent through email, scheduling tools, forms, or strategy review workflows.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, prepare for strategy reviews, assess fit, coordinate meetings, maintain operating and relationship records, support public-sector pursuit workflows, improve website performance, and protect Lichen systems.

Website analytics and consent

Lichen uses essential site storage for basic website operation. When Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager is active, analytics storage is denied by default until a visitor allows analytics. Advertising storage, ad personalization, and ad user data storage are denied by default. Visitors can choose essential-only use or allow analytics from the site notice.

Analytics and third-party tools

Lichen may use Google Workspace, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, HubSpot, scheduling tools, and related cloud systems to operate the company and serve prospective clients. These tools may process limited technical, contact, form, meeting, document, or interaction data under their own terms and security controls.

Source materials

Do not send confidential, privileged, or restricted source-selection information unless a proper engagement and review process is in place. Lichen works from lawful public records, client-provided materials, and clearly identified source boundaries.

Sharing and sale of information

Lichen does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the site, email, analytics, scheduling, document workflows, or client systems, or when required to comply with law, protect systems, or complete an authorized engagement.

Retention and choices

Lichen keeps information for as long as it is useful for the purpose received, required for business records, or needed to protect legal and operational interests. Visitors may request access, correction, deletion, or a review of their information by contacting Lichen. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal, accounting, or engagement history reasons.
